Bren Company LOCATION: The project is situated in the southeastern area of Huntington Beach in the '."albert Gap area of the Santa Ana liver Flood Plain , and is bounded on the north by Garfield Avenue and on the west by Newland Street BACKGROUND : 'the project outlined in this EIR is a development consisting of 392 single-family dwelling units to be built on 89 . 3 acres of agricultural land in a currently zoned and master planned low density area.
