Subdivider: Foxx Development 30S 17th Street Huntington Beach, California 92648 Engineer: Walden & Associates, Inc. 135 East Baker Street, Suite 125 Costa Mesa, California 92626 Location: West side of Delaware, 330' North of Utica Lots: 6 lot subdivision Acreage: 2.503 Zone: R2-0 General Plan: Medium Density Residential RECOMMENDED ACTION: I. Approve Negative Declaration 77-64; 2. Approve the Final Map pursuant to the mandatory findirgs set forth in Section 66474 of the Government Code; 3. ''Accept the offer of dedication and improvement subject to completion of the requirements as shown; and 4. In,struct the City Clerk. to not affix her signature to the map,nor release it fox-, preliminary processing by the County or for recordation until the following conditions have been complied with: (1) Deposit of fees for water, sewer, drainage, engineering, and inspections. Director. of Public Works and the Secretary to the Planning Commission as being substantially in accordance with the tentative ma;a as filed w-th, amended and approved by the Planning Commission. Environmental Status: Negative Declaration No. 77--64 was approved by the Planning Commission on October 41 1977.
