STATFMENT OF PROBLEM:
Transmitted for approval is the Final Map of Tract 9653, being
all of Tentative Tract 9653.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I. Approve Negative Declaration 77-64;
2. Approve the Final Map pursuant to the mandatory findirgs set
forth in Section 66474 of the Government Code;
3. ''Accept the offer of dedication and improvement subject to
completion of the requirements as shown; and
4. In,struct the City Clerk. to not affix her signature to the
map,nor release it fox-, preliminary processing by the County
or for recordation until the following conditions have been
complied with:
(1) Deposit of fees for water, sewer, drainage, engineering,
and inspections.
(2) Certificate of insurance.

ANALYSIS:
This map has been examined and certified by the. Director. of Public Works
and the Secretary to the Planning Commission as being substantially in
accordance with the tentative ma;a as filed w-th, amended and approved by
the Planning Commission.
Environmental Status:
Negative Declaration No. 77--64 was approved by the Planning Commission
on October 41 1977. The Planning Department recommends adoption of
the Negative Declaration No. 77-64 by the City Council.
