oil operations and does not contaip habitat for wildlife or fish Development of the site would not affect such habitat, the site is bordered by arterial streets and an existing oil operation. 4 The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of,property within the proposed subdivision unless alternative easements, for access or for use, will be provided No existing easements for the public at large will be affected by the project An easement will be provided for the residents of the single family homes through the multi-family parcel to the public park 5 The Planning Commission finds that the project will not have any significant effect on the environment based on the previously
