We recommend the following actions to complete the recording of the lot line adjustment, a a Verify the owners listed on the lot line adjustment against a current title report or lot book guarantee. o A GRANT or QUITCLAIM deed is required for conveyance. Each deed shall be_signed and notarized by the record owner, and accompanied with a preliminary change of ownership report. The deeds shall ►scord concurrently with the lot line adjustment. a Any existing Deed of Trust on the parcels being adjusted should be modified and recorded concurrently with the lot line adjustment. Consent to the lot line adjustment by a party or entity holding a beneficial interest in the property shall be reflected in a modification of the Deed of Trust, Including, as appropriate any partial reconveyance necessary to effect the Intent of the lot line adjustment.
