There are two auto laundries located within the City of beeara ide , both being in co=ercial w ryes l ono adjacent to an R-1 development and tho other adjacent to a copsrolal development. To my knowledge, having served on the City Council since 1956, there have been no complaints on either of the auto laundries. I believe the auto laundries have a definite value to a owreunity in giving specialised services to the citizens of the uomwnity. Oceanside being a city of over 30,000 find that these instaila«ions are used extensively by the citizens of the commtnitye Whop* those are properly designed to be compatible with the area, we can foresee uo serious objections.
