It is not our Intention to build the subject lots to a high density area, but to put fourplexes on each lot. The Staff Report would lead one to believe that the area is mostly dingle family residences. 1 would like to point out at this time as the staff report did AarAft1•'" of, ate existing service station 115 feet to the oast of the subject property.
