It is my desire to appeal the decision of the rlanning Commission
taken on Use Variance No 550 at their regular meeting April 29 1963.
It is not our Intention to build the subject lots to a high density
area, but to put fourplexes on each lot. The Staff Report would
lead one to believe that the area is mostly dingle family residences.
1 would like to point out at this time as the staff report did AarAft1•'"
of, ate existing service station 115 feet to the oast of the subject
property. Also aaroww the street to the southeast is t::e flood
:control ditch and across that it is my understanding Sol -Vista
Intends to construct a shopping center. We �.re also just across
the street and to the north of the Fantastic f•2!r Shoprinp Center.
We would certainly appreciate !t if you would take this .nder
consideration and allow us to develop the subject dots _�%e we have
indicated.
The coat of the land prohibits us to deve:op any other way.
