RE: CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION, UV 564
Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is the Planning Co=issio n's recommendation for
approval of Conditional Exception, UV 564, involving exceptions to
the.Subdivision Ordinance.
The property involved is located on the north side of Slater ,Avenue,
approximately 330 feet west of Beach Boulevard, better known as
Tentative Tract 5057.
The exception requested is to reduce the frontage on Lots 3 through
III from the required 60 feet to 55 feet.
The ,City Planning Commission held a public ,hearing on the mutter
on April 16, 19639 at which time then engLneer for. the property
owner outlined his reasons for requesting the exception.
By unanimous vote of the City planning Co=ission, Conditional;
Exception, UV 564, was approved. Based on the Subdivision Coanittee'se
recommendation that, an alley be extended across the north side,'of
Lot 16, the reduction of frontage for lots 12 through 16 was approved
for 58 feet rather than the required 60 feet.
