RE: CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION, UV 564
Gentlemen:
Transmitted herewith is the P1awing Coaxsissio n t s recomendation for
spproval of Conditional Exception, UV 564, involving exceptions to
ttt:a Subdivision Ordinance.
The property involved is located on the north side of Slater Avenue,
approximately 330 Feet west of Beach Boulevard, better known as
Tentative Tract 5057.
The exception requested is to reduce the frontage on Lots 3 through
11 from the required 60 feet to 55 feet.
The City Planningg Commission held a public hearing on the astter
on April L6, 1963, at which time the engineer for the property
owner outlined his reasons for requesting the exception.
By wunirous vote of the City Planning Comission, Conditional
Exception, UV 564, was apppproved. Based on the Subdivision Comittae's
recommendation thr!t an alley be extended across the north side of
Lot 160 the reduction of frontage for lots 12 through 16 was approved
for 56 feet rather than the required 60 feet.
It is the concensum of the Coeesission that these requests are reason-
able due to the Subdivision Requirements and approval is recommetWed.
