SUBJEM Appeal of UV 568, yen K.irchmeyer
The application war filed for the pure ose of constructing a
four -plea on a lot which contains slightly less than the required
area. The property is situated or, the south side of Glance Street
about 170 feet east of Silver Lane in the Boulevard Gardens area,
Zoning 6f the proppesrty it R-2 which requires 8000 square feet
for fwi units. Re lot contains 7425 square feet, a shortage of
575 square fast.
At the Planning Cormission hearing on May 7, a resident across
the street objected to multiple units and a resident of Whittier,
but an owwr of adjoining property, also objected.
The Planning Commirsion action in denying the application bias
unanimous*

places undue hardship on the undersigned, who wishes to de-
velope this vacant pruperty.
The planning director recommended approval, and due to
a misunderstanding the planning commission denied the request.
