AvDlicant: Huntington Harbour Corp. Location: West of Saybrook Larne$ north of Morning Star, Drive. IP1 Request: Construction of a statutory condominium development containing 62 units and related parking and access facilities in the R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residence District. Reasons given by applicant (in Brief): 1) The 7.4 acre tract offers an exceptional opportunity for the development of a statutory coudcminiatu. 2) The proposed development is similar to an existing development on.
