The property involved is located at the northwest corner of Warner Avenue and Graham Street and is presently toned R-4�.Xultiple Family •' Residence District. - The applicant has requested three exceptions to the Ordinance which are as follows: 1. Waiver of requirements that lots abut a street. Z. Waiver of all yard requirements. 3. Waiver of minimum 6000 square foot lot size and lot widths requirement s .
