The appellant submitted to the Council plot plans of the proposed apartments which had been revised from what the Commission had considered . Thurefore , the matter watt' referrei back to the Planning Commission for consideration of the new plot plane . Basically UV #660 is a request to construct 4 tourpleze.N or a total. of 16 unite on a parcel of land which containe sufficient area for only 11 unite. This is almost 50p more unite that permitted by the zoning ordinance. The Planning Commissiou considered the revised plot plans on January 7 , and the eoncensus was that the revised plans did not alter the proposal -to overload the land with too great a density. The Planning Commission unanimously recommend# that the application be denied . Respectfully submitted , W. C.
