Said request involves deviations to the R-2 Two Family Residence District requirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract ?dap No 5924. The property involved is located Aouth of Slater ,Avenue, 660 feet -we©t of Goldenwest Street. The applicants request is to construct a ainglo family development with various esceptians to the ttunlington Beach Ordinance Code. Use Variance No 66-14 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions and all other requests should be denied: 1.
