Gentlemen: Herewith is the ,Planning Commission recommendation for approval of UV d66-17 for Essex Land Company, 10889 W11shire Blvd., Dos Angeles, California. The property involved is located north of ,Atlanta Avenue and east of Broolstiurat Street,. The applicants request is to construct a single family development w-1-th various exceptions to thro Subdivision Co_ d inance Coda and the Huntington Beach Ordinance Cody for Tentative Tract 1141ap No 0248. Use Variance No 66-17 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions 1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Yforke and approved by both the Planning; Co=ission (.'August 3, 1965) and City Council (September 7, 1965). 2.
