Planning Com:-ission recommendation for approval of UY 466­17 for Earex Lard Company, 10889 Wilehire Blvd., Loa Ang�leL,, California. Said request involves deviations to •t:Ae C-2 Community Businean District (with an application for R-1 being processed). The property involved is located north of Atlanta Avenue and east of Brooknurst Street. The applicants request in to construct a single family development with various exceptions to the Subdivision Ord- inance Code and the Huntingtor. Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map fir 6248. Use Variance No, 6b-17 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions: 1. All streets shall comply with standarda proposed by the Department of Public Works and approved by bona the Planning Commission (August 39 19W iind City Council (September 7, 1965). 2. The minimum front yard shall be 10 ft. except the minimum front yard for garages entered directly from the street shall be 22 ft. This condition of approval is not general in nature and a precise plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of any building permits. Said plan shall delineate the house location on each lot. 3, A full-grown tree, an approved by the Park Superviaort shall be planted in the front yard of each lot and in the exterior side yard of eac'" corner lot.
