Gentlemen:
Herewith is the Plarr:in.g Comm_asion recommendation for
approval of UV #66-19 for Helen Investment Company,

ire Blvd., Los Angeles 481 California. Said
request involves deviations to the R-A Reaider,tial
).gricul tural District requirements and the Subdivioion
Ordinance Code for Tentative: Tract Unp No 4806.
The property involved is locatod north of Yorktown, Avenue
and ;vast of Brookhurst Street.
The applicanterequest is to construct a single family
development with variouci exceptions to the Huntington
Beach Ordinance Code.
Uae Variance No 66--19 was approved and recommended to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditiona3-
1. All atreets shall comply with atandards; proposed
by the Department of Public Yorke and approved
by both the Planning Commission (Au at 3, 1965)
and City Council (September 79 1965).
2. The minimum frontage shall not be lees than 50 ft.
wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. An avernge
lot width of. 60 ft. of frontage with 6000 eq. ft.
of lot area shall be provided for eaeb six con-
tiguoun late in a block.
