The applicants request is to construct a single family dev-
elopment with various exceptions to the Subdivision Ordinance

Use Variance No 66-23 was approved and recomnnended to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions:

1. All streets shall. comply with standards proposed
by the Department of Public Works and approved by
both the Planning Co=iesion (August 3, 1965) and
