Gentlemen:
Herewith in the Planning Commission reco=endation for
approval of UV #66--26 for Security Fore Corporation,
1565 Talbert Avenue, Costa Mesa, California. Said request
involves deviations to the R-3 Zimited Mitiple Family
Residence District (with an application for R--1 being
processed) .
The property :involved is located south of Atlanta Avenue
