ATTN: DOYLE MILLER, City Administrator. RE: CONDITIONAZ EXCEPTION -DIY 166-28. Gentlemen: Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for approval of UT #66-28 for Barkley Development Co., Moody Street at Park Avenue, Cypress, California. Said request involves deviations to the R-A-O Residential Agricultural District (with an application for R-A' being proo©sed). Tho property involved ie located at the northeast corner of Magnolia Street (Cannery) and Atlanta Avenue. The applicants request is to construct a single family development with various ezoeptione to the Subdivision Ordinance Code and the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Nap So 6283. Use Variance No 66-28 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body :or approval upon the following conditions: 1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Works and approved by both the Planning Commission (August 39 1965) and City Council (September ?, 1965). 2. The miaiwun front yard shall be 10 ft. except the aini._um front yard for garages entered directly from the street shall be 22 ft. This condition of approval is not general in nature and a precise plan shall be submitted to the Punning Departzent for approval prior to isommee of wq building permits.
