Said r'aquest involves devi.atione to the R--A--O Residential Agricultural District (with an application for R-1 being processed). The property involved is located at the northeast corner of ?Magnolia Street (Cannery) and Atlanta Avenue. The applicants request ; s to construct a single family deveiopmeat with various ezeeptions to the Subdivision Ordinance Code and the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map No 6283, Ui3e Variance No 66-28 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions: 1.
