recommendation for approval of Une Variance No. 66-61.

than the required 900 sq. ft. of open

The setbacks proposed have been
previously approved for development
of similar subdivisions. The reduced
setbacks allow architectural f lexibiliry
on these particular lots. 257. of
Huntington Harbour's property is de-
voted to public water areas, and lot
owners will have access to these water

1. All streets shall comply with standards
