The applicants request is to construct a,single family .development with varion:s exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. -Use Variance No 66-9 was approved and -recommended to your honorable 'Body for approval upon 'th.e following conditions and all other requests a hould'be'denied: t .i ' 1.
