commendation for upproval of Use Variu.rce No 67-:14.

To permit the reduction in street
widths within Tentative Tract 6371.
Reasons given b the a licant (In Brief):
1. The property is large with
narrow frontage and excessive
depth.
2. This variance will permit more
court yard area and allow a
large portion of the building
to remain one story.
3. This will permit buil.dinf to cover
a smaller percentage of Aot.
4. The paved area of the street re-
mains the Brame.
