In order to develope Rancho de, Pax Stables on Talbert Ave. , herae
in the C£ty of Huntington DencL, a 10- year use wnrinnco '#67•�2
was requested and granted by the Planning Comminsion on Feb. 7th
1967. A "part of this nse. variance was .a' request fi. postponement
of payaent of drainage fees on the twenty acre parcel.
Ire request that a payment plan be established and approved by
council action that would allow for payment of the drainage
fees in 5'equal increments, the first after two years and` the
other four spaced two years apart, This would coincide with �
the term of the use varitOnce.
This project is basically nn interim use of industrial, land and
will provide tax benefits to'. the city by its developement.. No
major land changes offecting existing. drainage are to be made
and ,thus should not require nsiy ,expenditures by the city. for
handling drainage of. .rater from this parcel. This reasoning
was discussed with members of the City Engineering Department
prior to request for, the use vnrianer and there was agreement
+ to it.
