Location: South of Heil Avenue, 660 feet east
of Algonquin Street.

Reasons Tip -en by applicant (In Brief):
The VW width of the interior streets, in
that these streets do not egress directly
on adjacent properties, cannot Materially
affect adjacent property development.
Planning Commission Action:
Approved a -rid recommended for approval by the
City Cosncil, upon the following conditions:
1. All streets shall comply with standards
proposed by the Department of Public Works
and approved by both.. the planning. Co=is-
sion kAugust 7 1965) and City Council
(Sept. 7, 196a3.
2. A tree, equivalent to a 30 inch box trees
as approved by the Park Super -Astir, shall
be planted in the front yard of each lot
and in the exterior aide yard of ouch
corner lot.
3. Extend a 6 ft. masonry wall 20 ft. north
along the cast line of lot lei .
4. Access to the garage on lot 40 :shall he
along the easterly 1/2 of the property.
