To permit postponement of the requirement to construct strest im- provements in accordance with Section 9730.15 until such time as adjacent property owners are re- quired to install same. The sub- ject request pertains to property located unrest of Graham Street, ap- proximately 960.74 feet south of Heil Avenue. It is my wish that you ermit the postponomeant of the requirement to construct street improvements in 4oew vr,, Koater's property located west of Graham Street approx.*-,,, � 960.74 ft couth of Hoil Ave. T I live adjacent to Mr. Kosters property and it_ is my feeding that a piecern eal improvement of Graham would be detrimental to myrielf and to others in this area. It could also create a hazardou, traffic condition. In addition I believe we all can agree that piecemeal construction is the least efficient method. I also understand that you gentlemen allowed a similar postponerneInt to an adjacent property owner; there ore I pray that you grant Mr. Koster thin came privilege. If you wish mr to appear' before the council regarding this matter please inform me by earliest mail end I shill do your bidding.
