I would like to appeal a decision of the Planning Commission on U3e Variance if'6 -33 based on the follow- ing facts: 1) I feel that the arguments presented to the Planning Commission Are still valid, 2) Adjacent property owners Teel strongly that the improvements would detract from the existing ap- pearance of the area in thnt it would present a piece deal effect. 3) Directing attention to the minutes of the City Council meeting of June 19, 1967, requ©stin3 waiver of dedication and improvements from Mr. Gower Sims, I feel that the same treatment should be given to adjacent property owners. I would like to request Waiver of both Planning Commission filing fees and City Council appeal fees, as I feel that like treatment should be granted. Gentle; nen: Regarding the appeal by Mr, Ken Koster to UV67-33 to be considered Monday the 7th of August, 1967 at 7:30 P.M. It in my wish that you permit the pustp2nement of the requirement to construct street improvements in iwmp)tr. Koster's property located vest of Graham Street approx, �P-V-.d a,� 960.14 ft south of Hail Ave. I live adjacent to Mr. Kosters property and it is my feeling that a piecarneal improvement of Graham would be detrimental to myself and to others In this area. It could also create a hazardous traffic condition. In addition I believe we all can agree that piecemeal construction is the least efficient insthod. I also understand that you gentlemen allowed a similar postponement to an adjacent property owner; therefore I pray that you giant Mr. Koster this same privilege. If you wish me to appear before the counci. regarding this matter please inform rage by earliest mail and I shall do your bidding.
