foe approval of Use Variance No 67-34.

streets from 60 feet to 46 feet and
52 feet except Greenview Lane as

Reasons given by _ the ap2li; cant (In brief) t
1) Requested varianoe will Cfect
only the parkway width on the
proposed streets.
2) The exception is neaesear to allow
the property to be subdiv ded with
a yield equivalent to other aub -
divisions in the City.
3) This conditional exception hair` bean
granted to other subdivisions 1A the
city and bus proven oucceseful.

Approved and reeomanded for approval
by the City Council upon the follow-
ing conditioner
1) All streets shall comply with sU'%Adards
proposed by the Department of Public
Works and at
proved by both the Planning
Commission �Auguat 3, 1965 and city
Council (September 7, 1965�,
2) A thee, equivalent to a 34 inch box
tree, as approved by the Park Super-
visor, shall be planted in the front
yard of each lot and in the exterior
side yard of each corner lot.
3) An'18 inch wide easement for utility
purposes shall be provided adjacent
to all sidewalks* Construction of
any vertical structure within said
easement sball be approved by the
Dopartment of Public forks.
