Applicant: George Buccola investment Co. Location: South side of Hamilton Avenae, approxd- mately 960 ft. east of the centerline of Bushard Street in the R-2 Two Family District. Residence UV Request: 1) Reduction of street right-of-i:; y as shown on Tentativ%. Tract Nap No. 6332; 2) A 10 ft. minimum front yard .setbacks except for garages entered directly from the street which shall have a minimum setback of 22 ft.; 3) 5000 sq. ft. minimum lots with 6000 Eq. ft. lot average for each 6 contiguous lots in a block; I 4) 50,ft. minimum lot width with 60ft. minim•.:m average for each 6 con#guous lots in a block. Reasons ,Given by a2plicantfi (In Brief) : 1) The applicant fes1s that these variances. are, necessary to eff Cot a ,pxractical and desirable "devolop-» ment of the land. s Planning Commission Action: Approved and recommended for approval by the City Council upon 'the following conditions 1) All streets shah comply with standards proposed by yhe Department of Public Works and approved by both the Planning G.jm ciL4ion (August 32 1965) and City (Sept. ?, 1965). 2) The minimum front yard shall be lO ft. except the minimum front yard for garages entered directly, from -the street shall be 22 ft. This condition of approval is not general in nature and a precise plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of axW building permits.
