Family Residence UV Request: 1) Reduction of street rigght-of-way as shown on Tentative Sruct Map No. 6332; 2110 A 10 ft. minimum front yard setback, except for garage; entered directly from the street which shall have a minimum setback of 22 ft.; 3) 5000 sq. ft. minimum lots with 6000 sq. ft. lot average for each 6 contiguous lots in a block; 4) 1i0 ft. minimum lot width with 60 ft. minimum average for each 6 contigitous lots in a block.
