Upon expiration of this variance, a now one was granted with the stipulation that all•.roffsite improvements be completed. As you know,, the Intenection has been signalized and about 75% of the required Improvements under the new variance have been secured._ In this new request for variance, I arm asking for v waiver of the balance of the offsite'improvements, in consideration of the fact that I am occupying the premises only on a month 'to month basis. Most of the curbing and gutt3rs and pave-oats have been secured. It is my intention if this variance is granted, to proceed Immediately with land- scaping and beautification of the remaining unimproved area.
