aerewith is the City Plonnin Cotmiasion reeosandation for
approval of Use Variance No 99D for Huntington Harbour Corporation
involving exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for
rentativt Tract No 5483.
The property involved is located south of Edinger Avenue and vast
of Saybrook Yana in the Huntington Harbour Development and is
zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District.
The aglieant hat requested seven exceptions t:� the O rdimmee

1. To allow the subdivision and development of property for we
for single family dwellings and appurtenant structures on
waterfront lots with a uinimum area of 5000 sq . f t e per lots

By unanimous vote of the City Planning Comi,soion,, Use Veriance
No 690 was approved and reccesmended to your honorable aody for
approval.
