The property involved is located on the south side of Atlanta Avenue, approximately 545 ft east of Beach Blvd., and is zoned R-3 Limited Eultiple Family Residence District. The applicanto request is to construct a planned residential development in the R—', Zone. By unanimous vote of the Planning Commissionv Use V-a:anc;e No 715 was approved and recomnended to your lionor;tble Body for approval upon the following conditions: 1. Lighting systena shall be installed on all private drives and common areas with i? iumination at leant equal to lights on public streets. 2.
