Said request involvms exception to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map No 5523. The property involved is located on the east side of Brookuurst Street, approximately 2648 ft south of Adams Avenue and i© zoned R-1 Single Family Residence Distr.tct. The applicants request is to construct & planned development in the R-1 Zone. Recreation facilities shall be installed within the development and a plan specifying such facilities shall be submitted for approval by the Plannixig Commission. 5. she viater and fire hydrant systems shall be approved by the Director of Public Works and Fire Chief. h.
