Adequate land for the construction or such a nursing home was secured with the original . 4' land acquisition of some f if teen ac.•es on Beach : oule•- Y vardy and it was incorporated in the it original, mister plan. Permi3aion by the City Council given .to any other _party to build such a convalescent nursing home 1 in the nearby area would be a definite hindrance to tno orderly, planned development ..
