By unanimous vote of the Planning Coinmission, Conditional Ex-
ception ITV #784 w.%3 approved z:nd recommended to your Honorable
Body for ,approval upon the following conditions:
1+ The lets within each block shall average 60 feet
in width with 6000 square feet of lot arei and the
Minimum lot shall not be less thhn 50 feet wide
with 5000 equare feet of lot area.
2. Utilities shall be installed underground.
