Herewith is the planning Commission recommendation for
approval of UP #822 for Babette, Inc., 17659 Jacquelyn Lane,
Huntington Beach, California. Said request involves ex-
ception to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative
Tract Map To 5904.
She prcperty involved is located at the southeast corner of
Algonquin Street and Heil Avenue and is presently zoned R-2
two Family Residence Distridt.
The applicants request iwr to oonatruat single family hones
with various exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
By unanimous vote of the Planning Commissiont Conditional
Bxception - UT #822 was approved and recommended to your
Honorable Rody for approval upon th6 following conditions t
1. An lb inch easement for utility purposes shall
be provided along all sidewalks. Construction

shall be approved by the Department of Public Works.
2. All utilities •hall be installed underground.
3 • A full-grown tree shall be planted in the front
