Gentlemen: Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for approval of UV #824 for Hercules Construction Co., 1104 East 17th Street, Santa Ana, California. Said request involves exception to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract 11ap No 5523. The property involved is located at,the southeast corner. of Indianapolis Avenue and Biookhin^st Street and is presently zoned R--1 Single Family Renidence District. The applicants request is to construct single family homes with various exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
