In compliance with prescribed procedure we are hereby appealing tho
conditions as roquosted by the Plasnind CommissivA in granting
Variants i625 to Pacific Sher** Realty.
A conditien has been made that the offsite improvements be installed
prior to usage of subject parcel. We are requesting a vaivsr of this
condition fer a 24 mon.ths period and with a roviev of this matter at
the expiration of that time.
The Lessors are purchsAinS this property from the present owners with
the condition that at the expiration of 24 months 0,67 rill' be given
full possession of thtr property. In tie interim period they have
permission to less* too Pacific Shores Malty on a tomperary basis.
At the end of this 24 month period it is their intent to proeeed
with permanent development. Diarind this Joao* period it is our plan
to landstape and beautify the area and put it to productive ass.
We will submit a dedication of the 1251 strip of Talbert Avenue to
the City of Asatindton Beach in consideration for this tewpersry
waiver of the offsito improvements.
