Gentlemen:
Herewith.is the Planning Commiscion recommendation for approval
of -UV #831 for Huntington Harbour Corporation, 16542 Chatham
Place, Huntington Beach, California. Said request. .-involves
eYoeption to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code'for Tentative
Tract Map No 5963.
The,,property involved is located westerly of Saybrook Lane and.
north and south of Heil Avenue and. is presently zoned R-1 Single
Family Residence District and f1_3 Limited Multiple Family Residence
District.
.The applicants request is to construct a statutory condominium,
R private marina and related parking and access facilities with
varic.*-Is exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
Use Variance No 831 K:s approved and recommended to your Honorable
Body for approval upon the following conditions:
