Avenue, Costa California. Said request involves various
deviations to the R--3 --one requirements Laid the Subdivision
Ordin,ance for '"entative Tract I:ap ITo 5t)72.
The nr^rerty involvt%d is located cn the south side cf
Atlanta Avenue and east of Newland Street -end is presently
zoned n-5 Limited '.'ultiple Family Residence District.
The ap-licants request is to construct i planned residential
development xi.th various exceptions to the, Huntington Beach
Ordinance Code.
Use Varianee No P54 was approved and recommenC.'d to ycur
Honorable: ,ody for approval upon the following conditions:
1. The cite plan received May 25, 10651 shall be the
approved layout.
?. The CC&R's By—Lawo, Articles of Incorporation, and
Yvana.genent Contract s:iall be oubmitted to the Planning
Director and City Attorney for approval.
3. The CC&R'e shall contain at least the following
