RE: 001TDITIONAL EXCEPTION — UV #842.
Gentlemen:
Herewith Is the Planning Co=i.ssion recommendation for approval
of UV #842 for Chrysler, Wiebach, Von Schlatter,. 3345 Newport
Blvd., 7Iewport Beach, California. Said request involves ex--
ceptione to the Huntington: Bach Ordinance Code for Tentative
Tract Map No 3274.
The property involved is located j30 feet north of Atlanta
Avenue and 1241 feet viest of Beach Blvd and is presently
zoned R-5-0 Professional, Motel and Trailer lark District.
The applicants request is to construct a 78 unit planned
residential development.
'Jc a Variance n842 was approved and recommended to , your
Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditionevo
1. The development plan dated 1Iay 15, 1965, shall be
the approved layout.

b. Orniers and/or tenants shall be required to abide f
by association rules and there ohall be penalties
for violation of said rules.

c. Any interest in the common area (including private
streets) held by the individual parcel or coil--
dominium unit ovaiers can not be devised, conveyed
or dedicated separate and part from the devise
conveyance, and/or dedication of the individual
parcel or condominium unit for a life in being
