Gentlemen Herewith is the Planning Coamission recommendation for approval of UV #855 for Xssex Land Company, 10889 Wilshire Blvd., Las Angeles, California. Said request involves various deviations to the R=1, R-2 and C-2 Districts re. Tirements and the Subdivision Ordinance for Tentative r -act Map No 5978. The property involved is located on the east side of Brrorokhurs t street and north of Atlanta Avenue and is resently zoned R.-1 Single Family Residence District -2 Tea Family Residence District and C-2 Community Lusiness District. The applicants request is to construct a single family development with w::•ious exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Use Variance No 855 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditions: 1+ Lots within each block shall average 60 ft. in width with 6000 sqo ft, of lot area and the oinimtza lot shall not be loss than 50 ft. wide with 5000 sq.ft, of lot area. 2.
