Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of DY #856 for Security Fore Corporation, 1565
Talbert Avenue, Costa Mesa, California. Said request
involves a deviation to the R-A-O Residential Agricultural
District requirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code
for Tentative Tract Xap No 5717.
The property involved is located on the east side of
Cannery Street, 496 feet south of Indianapolis Avenue.
The applicants requ&a t is to reduce the street right-of-way
as shown or. Tentative Yap No 5717 in deviation to the
required 60 ft right-of-way.
Use Variance No 856 was approi ed and recommended to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the follow-ing conditons:
1+ All streets shall comply with Department of
3hablic Works Standards.
2. A full grown tree as approved by the Park Superrloor
shall be planted on each lot.
