Gentlemen:
Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of U9 #857 for S. P.I. Development Corp., 2435
East Coast Highway, Corona Deb, Karp California. Said
request involves a deviation to the R-3 Limited Wiltiple
Family Residence District requirements and the Subdi.vision
Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map No 5500.
The property involved is located on the south side of
Warner Avenue, 520 feet east of Springdale Street.
The applicants request is to reduce the street right.
of —way as showy: on Tentative Map No 5500 in deviation to
the required 60 ft. right--of--way.
Use Variance No 857 was approved and recommended to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the Following conditions:
1. All public streets shall comply with City Standards.
2. A full grown tree as approved by the P& rk Sape"isc r
shall be planted on each lot.
