Said request in -wolves a deviation to the R-2 Two Family Residence District re- quirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map No 6073. The property involved is located on the west side of Van Buren Street and north of Newman Avenue. The applicant's request is to reduce lot widths to 59.6 Feet in deviation to the required 60 feet as shown on Tentative Map No 6073. Area Variance No 858 was approved and recommended to your Ac.norable Body for approval upon the following condition: 1. The Tentative Map received October 13, 1965, shall be the approved layout.
