RE: CONDITIONAL LXCLPTION - UV 0863. Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for approval of UV #863 for Deane Brothers, 20800 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach, California. Said request involves various deviations to the R-2 Two Family Residence District requirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract Map No 6084. The property involv"d is located at the southwest corner of Adams Avenue and Cannery Street. The applicante request 4-8 to construct a single family development with various exceptions to Ahe Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Use Variance No 863 was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditionv: 1. All streets shall comply with standards proposed by -'-.he Department of Public works and approved by both the Planning Co=ission (Au at 3, 1065) and City Council (September ?, 1965). 2. The minimum front yard shall be 10 ft., except -'.-he minimum front yard for garages entered directly from the street shall be 22 ft. 3.
