Herelwith is the Planning Commission recommendation for
approval of UV #863 for Deane Brothers, 20800,Beaoh Blvd.,
Huntington Beach, California. Said request,involvea
variou .,deviatione ' to the R-2 Two Pami.ly. Re'eidence Dietrich
requirements and the Subdivision Ordinance Code for Tentative
Tract Map No 6084.
The,property involved is located at the southwest corner
of Adams Avenue and Cannery Street.
The applicants request is to construct a single,fsmily
development with various exceptions to -the Huntington Beach
Ordinance Code.
Use Variance. -No 863 was approved;arid recommendee to your
Honorable Body for approval upon the 'following conditions:
1. All streets shall comply"with standards,proposed
by the Department of Publio Works and approved
by -both the Planning ComMi9sion� (Autru st 3, 1965)
and City Council (September 791965)•
