Gentlemen: Herewith is the Planning Commission recommendation for approval o; UV #870 for Decon Corporation, 1833 East 17th Street, Swita Ana, California. Said request involves various deviations to the R-4 Multiple Family Residence District re- quirements and the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code for Tentative Tract trap No 5813. The property involved is located on the north side of Highway #1 and west of Andertion Street. The applicants request is to construct an air —space condominium development with various exceptions to the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. Use Variance No 870 was ipproved and recommended to your .Ionorablc 0udy for approval upon the following conditions: 1. The development plan received November ?Q, 1965, shall be the approved layout. 2. The CC&RIa, Articles of Incorpors Management Contract shall be subm Attorney for approval. 3.
