Gentlemen: Herewith is the Planning Comminsion recommendation for approval of UV #871 for Mills Construction Co., 2610 East Carson, Lakewood I CA lif ornia. Said request involves various deviations to the R-2 Two Family Residence District require- ments and the Subdivision Ordinance. for Tentative Tract Map No 59 04 . The property involved is located on the southeast corner of Heil Avenue and Algonquin Street. The applicants request is to construct a single family development with various exceptions to the HuntingtonBeach Ordinance Code. Use Variance No. 871 was Approved And recowmended to your Honorable Body for approval upon the following conditims: 1. Lots within each block shall average 60 ft. in width with 6000 sq , ft. of lot AryeA and the minimum lot shall not be less than 50 ft. wide with 5000 sq. ft. of lot area. 2, All streets shall comply with standards proposed by the Department of Public Works and N65) proved by both the Planning C mAssion (August 3, and City Council (September 7, 1965). 3.
